K-Os is like Seth Cohen, only Canadian-er

16 11 2009

Let the record show, The O.C. was a fantastic work of television. Sure, the 3rd season was underwhelming and the 4th season was like watching your childhood dog get hit by a Smart Car and slowly dying, but it was my childhood dog damnit! I know that Ryan just kept punching people with no regard, that Mischa Barton couldn’t act her way out of a wet paper bag and Sandy Cohen’s eyebrows could be seen from space, but I don’t care. IT’S MY DOG AND I LOVE IT!

And just so we’re clear: Bi-curious Alex > Summer > Sadie >Anna > Marissa > Theresa. I have no idea where Taylor Townsend belongs in that equation, but if you think Marissa isn’t one of the worst, then you’re an idiot.

Anyway, the only thing better than The O.C. is the theme song from The O.C. This song was released sometime ago, but it is still quite boombastic, even if the name of the song — “I Wish I Knew Natalie Portman” — is esoteric and confusing. Tip of the cap to you K-Os.

Spotted over at Nah Right, who spotted it somewhere else.
